The website is intended for the dissemination and commercialisation of goods and services by Lusorochas Rochas Ornamentais Lda, with registered office at Rua Casal do Silverio Nr. 15 - pedra Furada 2715-358 Portugal with NIPC 502267585 and under that number registered at the Sintra Commercial Registry Office, hereinafter referred to as Lusorochas Rochas Ornamentais Lda.

These General Conditions of Use and Contract apply to users of the website and to any operations and transactions, of a commercial or other nature, carried out through this website.
Lusorochas reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and the user is subject to the terms in force at the time of consulting or using the website.
The website and all its contents are protected under the Intellectual Property Law, in particular copyright and industrial property. Any use, reproduction or mention of all or part of its contents is totally prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence if carried out without the prior authorisation of Lusorochas.
The use of the website domain or links to it, for abusive purposes and without prior authorisation, may be subject to recourse to the competent legal means by Lusorochas. Lusorochas accepts no responsibility for the abusive placement of links to the site on other pages, for the origin of these pages and for the content contained therein.
The brands and product names used on the site are the property of the respective companies. Any use whatsoever of the brands and/or logos and/or any other content made available on the site is subject to the express authorisation of Lusorochas or the holder of the intellectual property rights in question.
The creation of links to the site, any framing of the site, and in general any use of an element included therein, is subject to the express prior authorisation of Lusorochas, which may be revoked at any time at its sole discretion. Lusorochas reserves the right to (i) request the removal of any link to the site that has not been, or is no longer, authorised and (ii) claim damages in compensation for any losses suffered as a result of such link.
Lusorochas does not automatically collect any personal information from users, who can browse the site without providing any personal information and remain anonymous during their visit. However, Lusorochas may collect information that is not of a personal nature and is intended to optimise navigation on the site.
The personal information voluntarily provided by the user when purchasing products or services and when filling in any form on the site is for the exclusive information of Lusorochas and will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of its owner.
The personal data collected through the site is absolutely confidential and used exclusively by this organisation to find out the identity and preferences of its customers, and processed automatically in accordance with current legislation. This information may be used, among other things, to process online purchases, to personalise the site, to ascertain the type of use the user makes of the site, and also to ascertain the type of advertising on the site.
Lusorochas grants the owners of the data collected the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, simply by accessing the registration field and making the changes they deem necessary, or by contacting the Lusorochas services.
The information or data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
The website is equipped with security systems to guarantee the protection of the data entered by users and to prevent unauthorised access, improper use, disclosure, loss or destruction.
It is, however, the user's responsibility to ensure that access to the site is carried out on a secure device whose operating system is properly updated and protected against harmful software or computer viruses. The user is solely responsible for ensuring their protection and security when accessing the website.
The data, prices and specifications on this site are presented for information purposes only, and Lusorochas reserves the right to modify the information and commercial offer presented at any time and without prior notice: products, prices and promotional campaigns, commercial conditions and services.
The prices published are valid for purchases made on this site unless there is a computer or typographical error.
The stock information provided for each item is updated regularly, but is merely indicative, so there may be some discrepancy between the information shown online and the actual stock.
Lusorochas endeavours to ensure that the information provided is error-free, particularly with regard to the characteristics of the products and their prices, stocks and photographs. However, Lusorochas is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the site. In case of doubt or need for clarification, the user may contact Lusorochas through the means provided by the owner.
Purchases made through the website require subsequent confirmation by Lusorochas.
During the purchase process, the user must indicate the data required to process the order (such as the delivery address).
The products featured on the site are natural and therefore subject to colour variation. The photographs shown on the products are indicative and Lusorochas is not responsible for variations arising from the natural product.
Any online order is subject to the availability and quality of the items. In the event of unavailability, stock shortages or unforeseen supply problems, Lusorochas reserves the right to inform the user of the existence of alternative products or services of equal or greater quality and value, and the final value of the order will then be adjusted in the event of a change. At the user's request, the order may also be cancelled in whole or in part, with the right to a refund of the amount paid using the same payment method.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order, together with the order details. Failure to pay for the order within the maximum period stipulated in this email will result in its automatic cancellation.
Once payment has been validated, Lusorochas will begin preparing the goods. If the order is not paid for at the time it is placed, Lusorochas does not guarantee stock availability, which may change.
In the event that the information presented is in error, the user has the right to terminate the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms.
Lusorochas will not be liable to the user or third parties for withdrawing any product or service published on the website or for altering or deleting any information about them. Exceptional circumstances may arise which result in the refusal to process an online order, even after the order confirmation has been sent.
Lusorochas reserves the right to refuse an order for various reasons:
When the product is no longer available;
In the event of an incorrect price for an item or service;
When the delivery or invoicing data is incomplete or incorrect;
In the event of a suspected false or fraudulent order;
When the order has not been paid for within 5 days of confirmation;
If the user is suspected of not complying with the site's behaviour policy.
Lusorochas reserves the right to inform the user of the refusal of the order in question and to propose or request alternative solutions. If it is impossible to reach a consensual solution or contact the user, the order will be cancelled by Lusorochas and the amount paid by the user will be refunded in full, using the same payment method.
Lusorochas offers users the Bank Transfer payment method.
Once your order has been confirmed by e-mail, you will receive the information you need to pay for your order.
The costs of sending the parcel are borne by the buyer.
The goods can be loaded at Lusorochas' premises at no extra cost.
The user may cancel the online order placed on Lusorochas.com at any time up until its delivery, with the right to a refund of the total amount paid.
Once the order has been received, under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, the user has the right to cancel or return their purchase, without having to invoke any reason or be charged any costs.
Lusorochas reserves the right not to accept the return if it does not fulfil the following requirements:
Product must be in the same condition as purchased
Returns are made at Lusorochas premises
If the above requirements are met, Lusorochas will reimburse the user for all payments received. Reimbursement of the amounts paid by the user will take place within 14 days of Lusorochas receiving the ordered material. As long as the goods have not been received, or the user does not provide proof of their return, Lusorochas may withhold reimbursement of the amounts spent by the user. Refunds will only be made once the condition of the goods has been checked.
The user must keep the goods in such a way as to be able to return them to Lusorochas in the proper conditions of use, with all their components. Lusorochas reserves the right not to accept the return of items that show signs of misuse or have been tampered with in relation to their original condition.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use are subject to the Portuguese legislation in force at the time. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation shall be submitted to the Portuguese court with territorial jurisdiction.
If the user is outside Portugal, Lusorochas informs them that any legal proceedings should be referred to the Portuguese courts.
